This program requires a 3 month commitment, but many of my clients find they need 6-9 months (or longer!) for desired results that last.

Get set-up in Practice Better, a HIPAA-compliant program, for efficient nutrition counseling and communication. Complete a questionnaire about your health history, lifestyle and food preferences before our first appointment.

Complete first 60 minute video-chat nutrition counseling appointment. Feel motivated and confident to immediately start working towards your nutrition goals after our call.

How it works
STEp 1: Apply
Please fill out the form to get started so I can get to know you and learn about your nutrition goals. After receiving your info I will reach out to schedule a free 15 minute call to see if we are a good fit to work together.
Step 2: start the program
Join the Care About Nutrition Counseling Program! I will send you a welcome email to get you set up with logging your food, access to virtual coaching sessions, messaging for support and have you fill out an in-depth questionnaire about your health history, lifestyle and food preferences. We’ll have our first 60 minute video-chat call and start working towards personalized goals along with specific recommendations just for you.
step 3: Achieve your goals
During the program we will meet weekly for individualized 30 minute video-chat coaching calls to discuss your accomplishments, challenges and tweak your approach to keep you on track. We will work together to create sustainable habits for wellness. I will review your weekly food/physical activity logs and have you fill out a brief questionnaire prior to our session to optimize our time together. And you’ll be able to message me between sessions for ongoing support. This program requires a minimum 3 month commitment of working together, but many of my clients find they need 6-9 months (or longer!) to achieve their goals. I do expect my clients to fill out check-in forms before each appointment and show up on time for scheduled appointments.
